1. Timothy D. Walker is the author. Understanding the difference 15 minute breaks made within his classroom.

2. Being able to relate to the authors point of view, allowed the comparison between schools in Finland vs. schools in the United States, easier to understand.

3. Instructors with a fixed mind set might question the need for breaks. Some teachers may be more concerned with standards rather than meeting all of student needs.

4. The main point of view was the teacher's who presented the lifestyle of Americans and Finnish students. The teacher displayed various experiences, specifically the fifth grade student in Finland.
